Managing Director and CTO

A solid track record within Barclayscaptial, Commerzbank ZGE, and CCTA heading Service Delivery.  Became a Board Director for a leading London based Infrastructure Company holding the positions of CIO and Head of Service Delivery and Innovation, and contributed to business growth from £9m to £15m by creating innovative solutions for service delivery to clients in investment banking, Media and Pharmaceuticals. Now spearheading Deffinity and working with the team to promote a unique SaaS Project Delivery solution. Also working with a Datacentre Infrastructure and Support company to build their solutions strategy. MBA from Oxford Brookes and BSc Computing Science.

Steve Pinkney

 Director - Global Sales and Marketing

Global Sales Director with 25 years international experience, Steve has a track record of success as an award-winning global top performer in financial trading systems, telecoms, infrastructure and services for banking, retail, manufacturing, media, and publishing. He has extensive experience in the UK, Europe and the USA; negotiating and closing complex bids in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin, Geneva, Moscow, Johannesburg and New York. Steve has held senior positions within the industry as Sales Director at IPC Information Systems, Align Communications and Orange Business Services, founded and run his own IT recruitment company, and over the years hired, mentored and trained the very best performers in IT Sales and Project Management. Steve has consistently achieved £multi-million revenues and is recognised as much for his achievements as his bright, articulate presence. Responsible for Global Sales, Marketing, PR and Channel Partner acquisition.

Bryan Mutambiranwa

Business Development Director (Africa)

Bryan is a highly successful Business Development Director with a 16 year track record, Bryan’s main role at Deffinity is leading the company's expansion into Africa. Bryan gained his experience working for global technology companies such as IBM Global Services, Computer Associates, Gartner, Checkpoint, and Visionapp. Bryan has held different roles within these organisations and was responsible for revenue attainment, EMEA expansion & growth , technical & business solutions build, project management, marketing and operations. Bryan holds a BSC (Hons) Information systems.

Giffin Lorimer (Founder)

Chairman

Senior international roles with IBM, GE, Maersk/C&W (1980-2000) including 3-year USA assignment. Invented the Accreditation/Academy model for IBM PC Co. in 1985; now the standard model for IT industry. As Product Manager, responsible for creating 2 of the leading B2B global platforms for GXS (GE) and Maersk. Led fund-raising round for Metadyne (adaptive Java for mobile) to £1.2m offer from MTI in August 2001.  Co-founded Dat-Lab (electronic lab notebook) in 2001 and sold it to IDBS in 2005 for £2.5m (14,000 seats deployed in Pfizer).  Marketing Director at G4h 2002-2006, providing proposition and got-to-market consulting to start-ups.  Member of 3C's Investor Community since 2008. Tufael Ahmed

Operations Director

12 year career as founder, Operations Director, Commercial Director for Quadnet, a Value Added Reseller with high-level partner status with HP, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft and others; awarded “Hot 100” status by The Times and by Business Magazine.  Tufael created and grew a professional services team to add value to product sales. Controlled the tendering process for all bids to both private and public sector clients, ensuring information was accurate, winning and well-presented. He was responsible for strategic planning and alignment with major partners, for co-marketing activities, gaining, enhancing and maintaining accreditations, and developing & nurturing strong channel relationships.  BEng Aeronautical Engineering. 

Tuğrul Özbay

Director (Turkey)

Senior Systems Engineer with BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology. Tuğrul has a variety of experience within the Investment Banking industry. For years he has worked as a specialist in RMDs and Algo systems for various investment banks in city of London. Tuğrul’s main role will be to develop Deffinity’s expansion within Turkey and countries within the Turkic Republic. He will be working closely to promote Deffinity with his business partner Cem Redif.

Cem Redif

Director (Turkey)

Senior Software Engineer with BSc (Hons) in Computing from Oxford Brookes University. Cem Redif is an expert in Innovative Technologies, Java and Systems Integration with over 20 years IT experience. He has worked with these technologies in Tier 1 companies such as IBM and Tiscali. Now settled in Turkey, Cem is reseonsible for marketing and promoting Deffinity into Turkey and the Turkic countries together with his business partner Tuğrul Özbay.

Mike Boreham

Key Accounts Director  

26 years in IT marketing and sales, Mike is recognized as an original thinker in customer engagement.  Starting with the creation of the IBM System Centre program in 1985, Mike subsequently developed core channel program offerings for IBM, Microsoft and Cisco.  Mike has been working for and with SME’s for the past 12 years, and has held Marketing Director roles in a number of early-stage businesses leading to investments and disposals, such as Taskflow (Episode1, 2000), DatLab (IDBS, 2005) and All New Video (i-Point, 2007).  These firms pioneered technologies for collaboration and mobile interactivity, which are extensively used in customer engagement.  BSc Physics, BA Pyschology and former Chair of the OU Psychology Society. 

Tirumaleswar Reddy

Director of Development

Tirumaleswar Reddy, or Reddy as he's known, has had an 18-year career within software product development. With solid programming expertise across multiple technology platforms, he has been pivotal in leading successful Public Sector projects in India. He was also Technical Director for Webcell and STCLogics, and was responsible for delivering complex software solutions for many multinational companies, across differing industry sectors such as Defence, Air Traffic Control, Textiles, and Government. The solutions have encompassed eCommerce, Networking and IT Infrastructure, Audio/Video, and specific Business tools. Reddy has been managing the development of Deffinity since its inception and is now fully responsible for Deffinity India and leading the development team as we grow.
