Deffinity’s unique market proposition provides our partners the leverage needed to offer truly valuable solutions and services to customers. Our aim is to work closely with each of partners to penetrate defined target markets, ensuring a significant income stream from the license revenues as well as the valuable services they can offer to compliment the solutions.
We offer our partners sales and technical training as well as technical support. We actively encourage feedback from both our partners and customers, contributing to the development of our outstanding technology and services. We aim to provide a Partner program that sets the bar on what is achievable from working together.
Deffinity believe in enabling and empowering our partners. One way in which partners can differentiate themselves whilst leveraging the Deffinity technology, is to rebrand the system with their own distinct brand identity. Many partners find this especially appealing as the potential exposure their brand can achieve is exceptional, particularly amongst their customers.
We have three distinct categories of partners, based around their sales revenue, their technical ability, and their market-specific expertise:

Additionally we have key technology partners and referral partners, both of which are equally important to the other partner levels but may not necessarily require the same level of strategic investment.
